The Swedish National Guidelines for Public Sector Websites is an English translation of Vägledningen 24-timmarswebben. The purpose of the Guidelines is to support the procurement, development, and maintenance of a website by a public administration so that it offers equal opportunity usage for all citizens.

The Guidelines reflect local conditions in Sweden, and as such, certain aspects may not be so readily applicable in other countries.
